Ordering:

Skateboardspro.com is a fully functional ecommerce website, ready to accept your orders. All orders are place online will be processed within few hours and shipped within 1 business day.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Currently we only accept payments via PayPal. PayPal is fast, secure and easy to use and you do not need an account with PayPal to process your payment. You can pay using your credit card safely and securely.

Shipping:

All domestic shipping is handed by UPS Standard Ground estimated delivery time 1-5 days. If you require a faster service, please indicate in your order and we will obtain a quote for your order.

For any international orders, we will be shipping them via USPS International Parcel estimated shipping time is 6-10 days.

Please note:

UPS, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive. You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.

Our Return Policy:

Defective or Wrong Product

In the unlikely case of wrong parts or defects please contact us via email to obtain a Return Authority Number (RA) within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange a credit or an exchange.

Any products past 60 days are not guaranteed an RA number.

Non-defective products

You must contact us within 14 days with your request of returning the item. The item must be unused and in original packaging. Once the item is used, worn or removed from original packaging it cannot be returned.

Also, there is a 15% re-stocking fee apply.
